The beach was Dad's happy place. He and his grandson spend many pleasurable hours at the beach in Mattituck.	Not sure who had more fun at Disney World, Dad or his grandson. Donald Duck was their favorite character.	Dad always made the holidays special. Every December, he took his grandson into Manhattan to have lunch and see the tree at Rockefeller Center.
Dad spoiled his grandson in the fall with trips to orchards and farms on Long Island.	Dad was a lifelong Mets fan. It didn't matter how many times they lost. He enjoyed the games most when he took his grandson to watch them play.	Not sure a grandchild every loved their grandfather more.
